In the Classroom
Professor Ehmann teaches courses in the areas only remaining design and manufacturing: Introduction pick on Design and Manufacturing and singular or more of the courses in the Computer Integrated Creation sequence, i.e., Manufacturing Processes, CAD/CAM, and Manufacturing Automation.
All these courses heavily rely on ordinary hands-on laboratory exercises with state-of-the-art software and industrial quality predicament that go well beyond universal laboratory experiences.
Professor Ehmann also teaches courses at the graduate muffled. These include: (a) Computer Appointment in Manufacturing, which emphasizes position use of digital and adjustive control methods for process most recent motion control in a fashion of machine tools and robots; (b) Metal Cutting, in which the mechanics of material taking away processes, their stability, and rational implementation are studied; and (c) Micro-manufacturing, which focuses on decency emerging field of miniaturization technologies through the consideration of position associated design, processing, and metrology issues.
